Bullying is an important issue and very personal to me. I have been the target of bullies most of my life. In school, at home, and in the workplace. Bullying is something that bullies do. It is not a behaviour it is a person. People who bully, I believe, are narrow minded, ego / fear driven, socially stunted people. We can’t avoid them. They are among us.
My threshold for people who are bullies is extremely low. In my business I remove them from my world. They are not welcome.
In my view the only way to eradicate bullying is to keep the bullies on the other side of the door.
